The content on the Teacher Online Training Website and all Private Learning Management Systems containing any course material provided by Teacher Online Training, are owned by Teacher Online Training, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and foreign laws and international conventions.
Content on the Website is provided to you AS IS for your information and instructional use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners.
All course material including videos, images, files, and all other content is provided for the sole use of the enrolled participants. Enrolled participants may view this information at anytime and anywhere during the enrollment period but they may not allow other people to view the course content. Course material may not, under any circumstances, be shown to an audience or projected for multiple people to view.
The Notebook lesson files contained on this site are for personal use only. The files may be altered by the subscriber and used by the subscriber for educational purposes; however, they may not be distributed to other teachers or resource libraries at any time. Only the original creator of the file is allowed to share and distribute the file to other teachers and resource libraries.
In general terms:
Producing these courses is very difficult and time-consuming work. We just want to protect the content from being distributed illegally so we can stay in the business of helping teachers use technology more effectively to improve learning.
Specifically, it is a violation of our terms of service to download the videos, or show the videos to anyone who is not enrolled in the same course. You may NOT use the videos in a private training session and you may NOT display any course content, including Notebook lesson files to a general audience.
