The newest version of Notebook (10.6) does not support the ability to adjust the table size as described in this course. As a result, this course is no longer enrollable. This course will guide participants through the process of creating a one page application that demonstrates how to use and apply a technique that expands a text object while also revealing hidden information. This application requires Smart Notebook 10.

Participants will learn how to build an application called The Student of the Day that will magically reveal the name of today's Student-of-the-Day. This course uses an innovative technique that will amaze and bewilder even the most advanced Smart Notebook user. Best of all, the technique is very easy to apply and does not require any special knowledge or skills to implement. This course contains 10 short video tutorials and is divided into two sections that will guide the user through the entire process of building an interactive application that reveals the Student of the Day.

In addition to learning how to incorporate the Student of the Day technique, participants will learn how to create and set default fonts; add, move, and adjust a table object; add a custom background to the page as well as a table cell; and apply advanced locking techniques. This course will also reinforce object ordering and editing text objects.
